Soak it Away

Filling one basin with cold water and the other with hot can provide you with a simple therapy at home. All you need to do is sit in a chair, put one foot in the cold water for five minutes then transfer to the hot water.

Always keep in mind that temporary herbal fixes are just that, but sage leaves are a proven way to relieve some of the aches and pains and strains that you can encounter in your job. If you have some Apple cider vinegar around the house, you can rub some sage leaves into it and then bring the mixture to a slow boil. After you let it cool down you can take a facecloth and gently rub the affected areas on your feet to get some temporary relief.

You might need to do this several times, and if the situation persists you’ll need to come in and see us straightaway.

Rosemary oil can even work with temperament oil in a mixture to take some of the strain from a long day at work away. Soaking those tootsies in a mixture with eucalyptus oil can bring some relief too.
